The Procedure:
Manhattan breast enlargement surgery is usually performed
on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia.

be made between you and your doctor during pre-surgery
consultations. These options depend on things like

body type, and the doctor’s recommendations.
Incision placement is what will first need to be
determined, as it can be made under the breasts,
on the edge of the areola, or through the underarms.
Once the incision is made, the surgeon will manipulate
the breast tissue to make a space for the implant.
